ReplyDeleteMike
Hello, Mike! I love that you stopped by. How was the farmer's market on Saturday?
ReplyDeleteI actually sat down and closed my eyes to meditate. The fragrance from my neighbors flowers was intensified by the rain and the birds were hanging out in the tree above my head. The best three minutes I've had all week for sure. I hope you and your family have a wonderful day as well. Namaste
Don't fear the technology!

It's rainy time here too, and I can't miss a day without drenching myself in it. It's monsoon.

ReplyDeleteNamaste is indian ;is it
THE LIGHTS, Namaste is indeed an Indian greeting and has religious meanings and is used in yoga as well. This Wikipedia article does a good job of explaining it for you. When I say it, I am saying that I honor the light and divinity within you that is also within me. :)
ReplyDeleteexposemaximum, thank you Deepak! I know how busy you are, but I do hope you are able to post to your Human Observer blog in the near future.
